  1. Accurate Project Information: Clients must provide accurate information about the project type and location.
  2. Inspection Requests: Clients must request inspections if unsure about suitable equipment or project feasibility. Any equipment taken to the site for impossible job will be removed without a full refund.
  3. Site Fees and Security: Clients must settle area/community boys or gate fees and provide security for equipment and accessories during the rental period.
  4. Deal Status Updates: Clients must update the status of the deal from start to finish including extension and reorder of deals.
  5. Site Safety: Clients must ensure the site is safe from conflicts, protecting equipment, accessories, and operators/workers.
  6. Delay Penalties: Delays caused by on-site conflicts result in equipment removal without a refund.
  7. Off-Platform Business: Clients should not do any form of off-platform business with partners, all subsequent business should be logged on the platform for follow up and tracking. We’ll not be liable for any complications that may arise from breaking this rule.
  8. Payment Terms: Clients must make timely payments, with equipment removal possible if payments are delayed (beyond 1 day).
  1. Reliable Equipment: Partners must list and provide only reliable and well-maintained heavy equipment on the platform. Any damages or unbearable delays caused by equipment failure may warrant a refund to the client.
  2. Equipment Availability: Partners must accurately state the availability of their equipment, including whether it is available, unavailable, at work, or under repair. Updates must be made in a timely manner to reflect any changes in availability.
  3. Customer Service: Partners must provide excellent customer service, ensuring no heated arguments or disputes with clients. At EquipNest, customer’s satisfaction is a priority and we don’t want to achieve that at the detriment of our partners. So excellent customer service will help reduce tensions and increase satisfaction.
  4. Contract Status Updates: Partners must update the status of each contract from booking to completion, enabling better follow-up and tracking.
  5. No Off-Platform Business: Partners must not engage in off-platform business with clients acquired through the platform. All subsequent business must be logged and processed through the platform.
  6. Breakdown Response: Partners must respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring prompt resolution.
  7. Commission Agreement: Partners must agree to the platform’s flat rate commission and not use it as an excuse to mistreat customers or bypass the platform for unofficial business.
  8. Trusted Operators: Partners must use only trusted operators who comply with these Terms and Conditions.
